Please first indicate whether you are registering a new user login account for an existing dealer or a new dealer company. Then enter the following information about your company. All new dealers must be prepared to place an initial order of 4 cases once approved. A minimum of one order per year must be placed thereafter to maintain the dealer discount.
1. To start the dealer registration process with open account status we need you to
send the following documents to the email address po @ Alconox.com
FOR USA Dealers Only that are applying for open account
- 3 trade references with fax number and/or email to the contacts
- A bank reference with fax number and/or email for the bank contacts
- A letter on your letterhead authorizing your bank to release credit information with bank acct #, tax ID #, Year Established, date and a signature
- A resale certificate
FOR ALL Other Dealers including dealers outside the USA, also please include
- A statement that you wish to purchase for resale
- A description of your company, your website, how long you have been in business, and the types of customers and markets you serve
- How your company proposes to promote Alconox, Inc. detergents
- Names of other well-known brands or companies that you represent
Note: USA dealers that only wish to use credit cards or payment in advance from proforma invoice should indicate this and only give us item d.
2. Upon receipt of the items above, we will check the references and review the account. If everything is satisfactory, we will send you the following documents that need to be filled out and returned to po @ alconox.com. These allow you to become a dealer that is eligible for the discounts:
- Alconox National Sales Policy signed and dated indicating what stocking and promoting you will do
- Dealer information profile sheet with contacts and company information
