LaGuardia High School NFT Art Contest

LaGuardia High School NFT Art Contest: The Alconox Packaging Evolution

(You can find the submission form below.)

Alconox Inc., a leading manufacturer of laboratory detergents, is proud of its roots. Our COO, Elliot Lebowitz, is an alumnus of the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. The foundational story of Alconox began in 1946 when Louis Zisman and William Lebowitz (Elliot’s father) combined their expertise. Zisman’s groundbreaking wetting agent that cleaned without residue met Lebowitz’s expansive distribution in the laboratory market, leading to the birth of Alconox® detergent.

For decades, Alconox has been housed in a cardboard box, reminiscent of traditional milk cartons. This September, we’re ushering in a new era by transitioning our 4lb cartons to 4lb jars. With a recyclable, water-resistant design and an airtight flip-top lid, it’s the same trusted powder in a fresh, eco-friendly package.

We invite the talented students of LaGuardia High School to help us capture this pivotal moment in our journey. Create an NFT that tells our story of change, tradition, and innovation.
