How to clean commercial pizza ovens

This is a Lincoln commercial pizza oven filmed at the National Pizza Hut tradeshow in San Antonio (May 2011). Use a solution of Alconox detergent to clean the stainless steel oven. Remove the conveyor belts and soak in an Alconox mixture to restore your oven to its original brightness.
