Cleaning method:Soak, brush, sponge, cloth, ultrasonic, flow through clean-inplace. Will foam—not for spray or machine use.

Directions:Make a fresh 1% solution (2 1/2 Tbsp. per gal., 1 1/4 oz. per gal. or 10 grams per liter) in cold, warm, or hot water. If available use warm water. Use cold water for blood stains. For difficult soils, raise water temperature and use more detergent. Clean by soak, circulate, wipe, or ultrasonic method. Not for spray machines, will foam. For nonabrasive scouring, make paste. Use 2% solution to soak frozen stopcocks. To remove silver tarnish, soak in 1% solution in aluminum container. RINSE THOROUGHLY—preferably with running water. For critical cleaning, do final or all rinsing in distilled, deionized, or purified water. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water. Used on a wide range of glass, ceramic, plastic, and metal surfaces. Corrosion testing may be advisable.

Cleaning method: Syphon pipette and tube rinser

Directions: To wash pipettes in syphon-type washers: Submerge pipettes immediately after use in a 1% Alconox, Liquinox, or Tergazyme solution. Let soak in jar until enough pipettes accumulate to fill holder. Drop 2 Alcotabs into the rinser. Place the holder with pipettes into rinser. Alcotab will dissolve (in cold or warm water) and effervesce, producing a detergent solution that passes up and down through the bores and around the pipettes. Rinsing automatically follows after the tablet has dissolved. For analytical or tissue culture work, use distilled, deionized, or purified water for all or final rinse. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water.

Used to clean: Water testing labware cleaning, phosphate sensitive lab equipment cleaning, hospital instruments, optical components, pharmaceutical apparatus, cosmetics manufacturing equipment, tissue culture ware, plate glass, metal castings, forgings and stampings, industrial parts, animal cages, electronic components, tanks and reactors USDA food contact surface cleaning compliant. Used to remove: Soil, radioisotopes, radioactivity, organics, grit, grime, slime, grease, tars, resins, fats, oils, blood, tissue, particulates, inorganic residues, chemical and solvents.

Surfaces cleaned: Recommended for glass, stainless steel, PTFE, ceramic, cement and alkali resistant plastics and metals. Tergajet is inhibited for Aluminum. Corrosion testing is advisable.

Cleaning method: Laboratory warewashers, dishwashers, washer-sterilizers, washersanitizers, cart washers, spray washers, electrocleaning, ultrasonic cleaners, clean-inplace and manual cleaning if proper skin and eye protection is used.

Directions: Follow machine manufacturer’s directions and use the powder detergent receptacles. In general, use 1/2 – 1% hot water wash cycle solutions (1 1/4 – 2 1/2 Tbsp. per gal., 3/4 – 1 1/4 oz. per gal. or 5-10 grams per liter — most machines need 2 1/2 oz. added at a typical 2 gal. wash cycle). For manual, soak, circulate or ultrasonic use, make a 1% solution in warm or hot water. For abrasive scrubbing, make a paste. For difficult soils, raise water temperature and use more detergent. Wear protective gloves and eyewear when handling. RINSE THOROUGHLY–preferably with running water. For critical cleaning, do final or all rinsing in distilled, deionized or purified water. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water. Used on a wide range of glass, ceramic, plastic and metal surfaces. Corrosion testing is advisable.

Excellent for removal of proteinaceous soils,tissue, blood and body fluids from glassware, metals, plastic, ceramic, porcelain, rubber and fiberglass with no interfering residues. Ideal as a cleaning agent in Reverse Osmosis and Ultra-Filtration Systems. USDA authorized. Dilute: 1:100. pH 9.5

Used to remove: Soil, grit, grime, blood, tissue, grease, fats, oils, proteinaceous soils, dairy proteins, particulates, solvents and bioreactor residue.

Surfaces cleaned: Corrosion inhibited formulation recommended for glass, metal, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, plastic, rubber and fiberglass. Can be used on soft metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc and magnesium if rinsed promptly. Corrosion testing may be advisable.

Cleaning method: Soak, brush, sponge, cloth, ultrasonic, flow through clean-inplace. Will foam—not for spray or machine use.

Directions: Make a fresh 1% solution (2 1/2 Tbsp. per gal., 1 1/4 oz. per gal. or 10 grams per liter) in cold or warm water. If available, use warm water below 130° F (55° C). Clean by soak, circulate, wipe, or ultrasonic method. Follow manufacturer’s directions for filter membrane cleaning. Not for spray machines, will foam. RINSE THOROUGHLY—preferably with running water. For critical cleaning, do final or all rinsing in distilled, deionized, or purified water. For food contact surfaces, rinse with potable water. Used on a wide range of glass, ceramic, plastic, and metal surfaces. Corrosion testing may be advisable.
